Comprehensive plan Palmeras
XUL Foundation has designed a communication plan to disseminate the Palmeras Comprehensive Plan among the residents of this neighbourhood, one of the most disadvantaged areas in Córdoba (Spain), that has included training for a group of neighbours, design of dissemination materials and a video.
Impaccta2
Xul Foundation has collaborated with the Loyola Andalusia University in the second edition of Impaccta2, the first social venture builder in Spain, which aims to contribute to the development and strengthening of an ecosystem of social entrepreneurs by replicating models that already work.
Córdoba Social Lab
A space for strengthening the Third Sector of Córdoba and promoting social innovation to find the solution to social challenges. Inspired by the Design Thinking methodology, U Theory and other collaborative techniques to generate collaborative projects with pure social innovation DNA.
Anti-Rumours Network
XUL Foundation has been the main agent behind the Anti-Rumours Network, which arose in response to prejudices, unfounded opinions and stereotypes affecting immigrants in Andalusia, in order to identify, halt and dismantle these rumours, promoting better management of intercultural coexistence.
Villa del Río School of Citizen Participation
XUL Foundation launched the Villa del Río (Córdoba) School of Citizen Participation, conceived as a space for participation, meeting, dialogue and collaborative work that involves associations, groups and citizens with the aim of learning to dialogue in a constructive and positive way.
Social Innovation for Communities
XUL Foundation was the entity responsible for implementing this social innovation project in Andalusia. We have boosted different social projects related to the improvement of educational success among children and youngsters and the creation of green employment for young people.
La Innovadora Social
Promoted by the Association for Social Innovation in Andalusia, in which XUL Foundation participates, with the aim of integrating social innovators from entrepreneurship, civil society and public entities to work, share experiences and talent, and to take on socially innovative projects.
Intercultural Networks
XUL Foundation promoted this project, placing special emphasis on actions to facilitate better communication and collaboration between the organizations involved in the project and the rest of the Andalusian society, setting up training and meetings, both face-to-face and virtual.
