At Fundación XUL, together with Fundación Cajasur and the Córdoba Social Lab, we are committed to developing initiatives that strengthen the social fabric of our community. The 2030 Leaders Programme is a clear example of this commitment, seeking to empower university students and connect them with social organizations to generate innovative solutions to current challenges. Recently, we held the “2030 Leaders Balance” conference at the Viana Palace, a space that inspired us to reflect and think about the future of the programme.

What did we do at the “2030 Leaders Balance” Conference?

On March 20th, we brought together representatives from various social organizations to evaluate the 2024 edition of the 2030 Leaders Programme and chart the path toward a 2025 edition with even greater impact. The conference, a guided conversation facilitated by Fundación XUL, was structured around collective reflection, the exchange of experiences, and the generation of proposals for improvement.
