RemAutism is an Erasmus+ KA 220-ADU project that aims to develop the homeschooling skills of parents and teachers of children with autism and has the following specific objectives:
– Create innovative resources to increase homeschooling skills of special education teachers.
– To raise awareness of homeschooling among families.
– To increase the capacity of the target groups in the use of digital resources.
Autism is a lifelong disorder that begins in childhood and hinders brain development, which impairs social interaction and communication. It is a basic requirement that people with this disorder benefit equally from the educational opportunities that other individuals benefit from. However, it is imperative that they receive this training from teachers who are experts in their field. Therefore, special education teacher training is very important in order to properly address the needs of children with special needs and to prepare them for life in the best possible way.
