The “Ec(h)o-cultures<\/b>” project is conceived as a space for debate and collective research with a clear objective: to contribute to the creation of a different (eco)culture.<\/p>\n

To achieve this, at Fundaci\u00f3n XUL, with the collaboration of Amasce Coop., we have started this year with a series of events called Echodebates<\/b>. These workshops, debates, and mini-forums have been an engine for critical reflection and collective action on climate change, with a particular focus on a very local issue: thermal stress and heat islands in our city, C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n

Ec(h)o-cultures is an international project that promotes eco-sustainable cultures in Spain, Italy, and Belgium, and in Spain, it is driven by Fundaci\u00f3n Xul. Our goal is clear: to foster citizen participation so that together we can tackle climate change and design local solutions.<\/p>\n

A Process of Co-creation and Learning<\/h3>\n

Each session of the Echodebates has been unique, combining presentations, open debates, and collaborative activities. We wanted the ideas not to just float in the air, but to generate something tangible with a specific audience in mind, from politicians to young people.<\/p>\n
